Day 01 - Arrival
Meet upon arrival at Kuching International Airport, assist transfer to hotel for check in. Accommodation: Hotel.
Day 02 - Kuching City Tour + Sarawak Cultural Village ( Breakfast / Lunch )
Breakfast at hotel. Then, proceed for 3 hours Kuching City Tour. Experience the beauty of multi-racial community and see places of interest & the essential part of Kuching includes the building of the White Rajah, (Colonial Law Court, Clock Tower, Charles Brooke Memorial, Post Office, Square Tower), bustling Chinatown, Chinese Temple. Discover the treasure of Sarawak Museum , Sightseeing to Astana, Malay Village & Kuching Water Front.
After the tour, transfer to a local restaurant for lunch. After lunch at 14:00 Hrs ~ Resume tour to Sarawak Cultural Village to learn all about the 7 replicas of Sarawak major ethnical traditional houses: Chinese Farm House, Malay Stilted House, Melanau Tall House, Penan Hut and Longhouse or the Bidayuh, Iban and Orang Utan in their natural habitat – An amazing experience to meet wild man of Borneo!
Day 03 - Annah Rais Longhouse + Semenggoh Orang Utan ( Breakfast / Lunch )
Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to tour Annah Rais Bidayuh Longhouse, 45-minutes drive ushers you to the picturesque countryside with the backdrop of undulating landscapes of limestone hills and mountains covered by the greenery of rainforest. Occupancy the same site where the longhouse was first built more than 200 years ago. Annah Rias longhouse proudly offers visitors its unique architecture built largely of bamboo, wood and leaves. The Bidayuh are absolutely warm and gentle people whose previous generations lived as farmers and believed in animism. Lunch at a local restaurant.
After that, depart for Semenggoh Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre. The centre offers a rare opportunity to be in close range with the “Wild Man of Borneo”. The centre provides a perfect natural habitat to observe the natural behaviour of this primate. See the orang utans wondering in towering trees of the untouched rainforest before coming down for feeding.
Soon after, proceed to our next visit to pitcher plants and wild orchid garden to discovers treasure of the Borneo Jungle .The garden which was constructed in the middle of 2001 covers an area of more than an acre. The initial concept of this particular garden was to explore and exhibit the various species of pitcher plants and wild orchids, which can only be found in the island of Borneo especially along the Kalimantan.
Visit the Pottery Factory. Here you will have the opportunity to see how this well-known pottery is made and may obtain a few to be taken home as souvenirs.
Day 04 - Departure (Breakfast )
Breakfast at hotel; free at own leisure. Then transfer to airport for flight departure.
